Anything bought from us are fully refundable until user logins and passwords for the course access has been assigned to you. Once course access has been given, no refunds are processed under any circumstances.

We issue refunds through our payment gateway provider. You will recieve your refunds as per the policies and timelines used by our payment gateway provider. This time is usually 5-7 days.
